Source Development Partnership's aim is to combine strengths, share expertise and experience and to create an integrated and unrivalled single source of easily accessible development expertise.
Source Development Partnership is led jointly by Signpost Housing Association and Western Challenge Housing Association. The Partnership will maximise opportunities - with improved human and financial resources and greater economies of scale - minimise the risk associated with large, complex proposals and optimise cost effectiveness and operating efficiency. Our increased capacity will enable us to provide 1,000 homes a year in the South of England.
